Adtube Media Payment Terms

These Payment Terms (“Terms”) govern the payment of funds to Publishers (“you”) for ad impressions and clicks served through the Adtube Media platform (“Platform”).
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for payment, you must:
- Have a valid and active account with Adtube Media.
- Have reached the minimum payment threshold (as specified below).
- Have complied with all applicable Adtube Media policies, including the Adtube Media Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Methods
Adtube Media may offer the following payment methods:

- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD (or any other agreed currency).
3. Payment Threshold

5. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including but not limited to Income tax, sales tax, GST and value-added tax. As we work with global partners so each party is responsible for their receptive taxes as per their countries.
6. Payment Disputes
If you have any questions or disputes regarding your payments, please contact Adtube Media finance team at payments@adtube.media within 30 days of the payment date. Payment refund will be done only through the original mode of payment. Once we cross 30 days of payment date then services can not be cancelled or replaced. We can not provide a refund for the services provided.
7. Changes to these Payment Terms
Adtube Media will update these Payment Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Payment Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date.”
