IN NO EVENT SHALL Adtube Media BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Adtube Media HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.   

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adtube Media and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Adtube Media may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the government of India.
